Job Description The Role We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance & Engineering Coordinator to lead performance improvement across Metal Assembly operations. This role will help move the organization from reactive problem solving to disciplined, data-driven maintenance and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a change leader who can standardize processes, identify gaps in maintenance performance, strengthen predictive maintenance practices, and partner with operations and skilled trades to improve equipment reliability, throughput, and overall plant performance.
