Operations and Chemistry Lead

Job Description DUTIES: Lead cross-functional lab operations, ensuring robust test planning, execution readiness, and continuous improvement across the enterprise. Coordinate with stakeholders to secure timely, high-quality completion of lab test requests, maintaining alignment with strategic and program objectives. Monitor and audit Flammability Limits / Maximum Allowable Quantities (MAQ) to ensure regulatory compliance, permit adherence, and safe operations. Track and manage Device Under Test (DUT) shipments, test readiness, and demand forecasting to optimize lab resource and capacity planning. Provide shipping and logistics support and coordination for the lab, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time movement of DUTs and test materials.…
