RESS Quality Manager

Job Description The RESS Quality Manager will be responsible for developing operational quality plans to support the organization’s business strategies. The operational quality plans will have a direct impact on business unit results. The selected candidate will lead a team, provide employee development, monitor training, drive the performance management process, and manage organizational structure. Hiring processes and Communication Identify & lead staffing initiatives for the RESS Quality team. Some of the hiring duties will include facilitating group meetings, communicating GM policies & procedures, and delivering safety messages.
