Safety Representative

Job Description The Role: We are seeking a Safety Representative to join our dynamic team and provide safety support for the North America Engineering & Tooling Center (NAETC) in Flint, Michigan, as well as select areas across the enterprise where hazard and risk identification are critical. This role may require occasional travel throughout Southeast Michigan to conduct risk assessments and support the G-Risk process. The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, and responsive, capable of identifying hazards and risks, creating solutions, and guiding leaders to enhance their safety culture.
