Job Description DUTIES : Leads, guides, and directs a large group of technical employees responsible for engineering deliverables in support of the organization's business objectives. Leads engineering execution of team as related to the Vehicle Development Process deliverables. Provides technical leadership to work team. Interacts and collaborates with many teams cross-functionally. Leads team on new methods or initiatives without defined procedures. Leads team to meet targets. Conducts regularly scheduled Group Meetings, Communicates GM Policies & Procedures, Leadership and Safety Messages.
