About this role

Job Description Responsibilities : Oversee the preparation and review of technical accounting memos for complex, significant and non-standard transactions according with US GAAP and applicable local statutory standards (IFRS). Partner cross-functionally with Controllership, Finance and corporate business partners (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, GPSC, Legal) in analyzing transactions, determining accounting treatment and the proper financial reporting based on GM’s Chart of Accounts (CoA). Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial reporting information submitted to the SEC reporting team to support Form 10-Q and Form 10-K disclosures.…
