About this role

Job Description The Role As the Technical Torque Compliance Lead you will serve as the plant-level subject matter expert for torque processes at Lansing Grand River. In this role, you will support manufacturing quality, process compliance, and issue resolution by working cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, VAA, and tooling representatives. You will help ensure torque systems, standards, and tooling remain calibrated, certified, and ready to support safe, compliant, and efficient production. This role is critical to maintaining plant quality standards, supporting launch and repair readiness, and driving timely response to production issues.…
