Generate Capital is expanding its engineering leadership to support the delivery of complex, large-load power solutions for data centers and other infrastructure customers. As Director, Engineering, you will serve as the technical authority for the platform, ensuring that customer power solutions are feasible, reliable, scalable, and executable.
This role owns development-phase engineering design, standards, technical risk assessment, and technical readiness for Notice to Proceed across a diverse portfolio of generation, storage, grid, and hybrid power solutions. As part of Generate’s team, you will lead the engineering assessment and execution of a growing portfolio of off-grid natural gas power generation projects integrated with battery energy storage systems (BESS).…
