About this role
The Role:
We are seeking a highly collaborative and hands-on Director, Corporate Accounting to lead the Company’s core accounting operations as we transition to life as a public biotechnology company with an ongoing Phase 3 clinical trial.
This role will oversee the general ledger, monthly close, and financial reporting support processes while building scalable infrastructure to support public company requirements. The Director will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, participating in the build-out of SOX compliance, and enhancing the effectiveness of our ERP and close-related systems.…
