Position Mission: This position is responsible for development of quality, effective training content for wholesale customers (AutoCare, Major Accounts, Independents). The dynamic training solutions and successful execution should result in an improved customer experience, enhanced relationships and improved sales with wholesale customers. The training content developed by this position will be focused on: product knowledge, equipment operation, and comprehensive development of technical skills (automotive, truck, tools and equipment). The training content must be fully embraced by employees, associates and management because they are efficient and effective in knowledge/skills transfer and driving business results.…
