Architect(s) (full-time, multiple openings) needed in New York, New York to determine how to strategically and pragmatically approach the design of projects from the proposal process through construction administration. Provide zoning and code knowledge, technical guidance, and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design issues such as ensuring that design solutions meet all regulatory requirements. This includes developing and proposing multiple strategies and methods to innovatively approach the project's design, as well as conceiving various design approaches by determining the types of materials to be used on the project.…
