Your Role As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support recruitment efforts across Gensler’s LATAM region. In this mid-level role, you will focus on sourcing and recruiting for a range of positions—including technical and specialized roles—while enhancing the candidate experience and supporting regional growth. You’ll work closely with senior TA partners, hiring managers, and HR to contribute to talent strategies and help strengthen recruitment processes. What You Will Do Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Support talent mapping and proactive sourcing for key roles using LinkedIn and other platforms.
