Job Responsibilities Position Overview : The Barback is responsibility for organizing and stocking the bars with major supplies and beverage products. Maintains deep cleaning of all beverage areas and equipment. May assist bartender to help do his/her job effectively and efficiently. Essential Functions: Maintains service stations, cleanliness of bars, and stocking of assigned bars. Assists guests in courteous and friendly manner. Ensures a safe environment for fellow team members and guests. Stocks main coolers with all beverage products. Shovels ice from ice machine into ice bins. Changes empty kegs as needed. Restocks garnishes and mixes, as well as liquor bottles. Maintains and fixes equipment as needed, such as clogged drains.…
