Job Responsibilities Job Description The Count Room Floor Manager is responsible for managing all facets of the drop/count operations, safeguarding and accounting for all casino money drops and organizing and maintaining all drop boxes; directing and developing staff; preparing and conducting performance reviews; providing direction and guidance for the department; and assisting in the development of schedules, assignments, and paid time off.
