Job Responsibilities Job Description The Floor Manager of Food and Beverage is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage venues including fast food, bars, restaurant, events & banquets. Attend & complete required trainings to operate & managed Food & Beverage venues. Responsible for interviewing, selecting, directing, assigning work duties and responsibilities, scheduling, ordering, payroll, supervising, training, coaching, documenting, discipline and development of staff. Sets performance standards for tasks, jobs and roles of their employees. Ensures consistency, accuracy, portion control, quality and presentation of all Food & Beverage products & services in a friendly fast-paced exceptional guest service environment.…
