Our Opportunity GPJ is hiring a Sr. Manager, Fabrication to join our growing team. This role is on-site, requiring you to report to our Las Vegas office location a minimum of 5 days per week. Your Role You are the Senior Manager of Fabrication, responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the GPJ fabrication shop. In this role, you schedule and supervise both union and non-union shop staff for all assigned jobs. You administer staffing of the shop and forecast labor requirements based on project workload. You oversee various departments within fabrication, including milling, carpentry, metal fabrication, paint, electrical, and crating.
