Division Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities Lead the overall process from order receipt and procurement through import, inventory, warehousing and customer delivery. Manage relationships with overseas factories, suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics providers and other external partners. Monitor and improve key operational KPIs, including delivery performance, inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, logistics costs and customer service levels. Optimize inventory and reduce slow-moving and obsolete stock. Apply manufacturing management principles such as quality, cost, delivery and safety to operational processes. Drive process improvement, standardization and operational efficiency. Manage departmental budgets and understand the impact of inventory and logistics costs on the P&L and balance sheet.…
