About this role
Main objectives: Handle machine rental movement transactions and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure the smooth execution of sales order transactional processes, including order creation, delivery processing, and system updates. Maintain efficient coordination and communication with Sales, RSS, Warehouse, Logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfilment. Support the Sales Development team in handling customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and issue resolution.
