About this role
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the facilities, layout and machinery used for production run to their maximum efficiency and output to improve our business. This includes preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment (including software programming), as well as people management and budgetary and cost reporting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Schedules, trains, supervises and motivates employees for the maintenance department. Ensures efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates. Implements safety policies and procedures for the department. Plans and oversees all repair and installation activities.
