1. Negotiate with relevant departments to determine a reasonable production plan and organise staff to implement it, and complete the plan on time with quality and quantity to meet the sales demand. 2. Advise management on manufacturing activities, performance and results and recommends corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors. 3.
