Key Responsibilities: Core Sales Operations Receives all enquiries from customers through email, telephone or fax ensuring that the requirement is correctly understood and captured. Direct the new enquiries to relevant sales team member or Supervisor. Register customer enquiries into Salesforce. Prepares quotation(s) revisions in the ERP System/salesforce platform; verifies the price, BOQ, quantity, delivery information, discount in the quotation prior to sending it to customers to ensure accurate information has been provided. In case of additional discounts requested, escalate the enquiry to the respective Channel Sales Executive and revert to the customer accordingly. Upon receiving the LPO from the customer, verify the quantity and price against the provided quotation.…
