Für unseren Kommissionier- und Verladebereich suchen wir einen erfahrenen Teamleiter Outbound (m/w/d). Ihre Aufgaben: Sie tragen die Verantwortung für ein Team mit ca. 45 Mitarbeitenden und führen dabei 3 Schichtführer und einzelne Mitarbeiter direkt Sie stellen die termin-, qualitäts- und produktivitätsgerechte Abwicklung aller Versand- und Kommissionierprozesse sicher und verantworten dabei die effiziente Nutzung moderner Lagertechnik Sie setzen die Einführung von Shopfloormanagement fort und arbeiten aktiv an dessen Weiterentwicklung mit Sie analysieren Prozessabweichungen und Störungen systematisch und leiten nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab bzw.…
