About the role: GLG's Gurugram office is a global capability center (GCC) housing the full spectrum of GLG's functions - research, technology, operations, finance, legal, and more. Teams are embedded into global and regional structures, with leaders distributed across time zones. This creates a distinctive HR challenge: the HRBP must hold the site together as a coherent people organization while respecting the diversity of functional reporting lines and global HR frameworks. The Senior Director / Director, HRBP is the senior-most HR leader in Gurugram. You are the primary HR partner to the Gurugram Site Head and the face of HR for the employees on-site. At the same time, you collaborate daily with global functional HRBPs (who partner with the same business groups from a functional lens).…
