About this role

Job Summary: Our Product Engineering group is responsible for GLG’s technology platforms that connect GLG’s clients with insights needed to make important business decisions. We're seeking a Software Support Engineer to help improve and maintain. GLG’s software that matches companies around the world with experts who can help them make decisions on demand. As a part of our Product Engineering team, you’ll pair with other engineers, product managers and users to help resolve issues and improve our technology. Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Help ensure the continuous operation and reliability of GLG's critical systems. Interface with Engineering and Helpdesk to triage and resolve system issues. Diagnose and resolve issues when identified.…
