About this role

Aufgaben Pflege von Bestandsdaten und Objektakten (sowohl digital als auch in Papierform). Erste Korrespondenz mit Mietern und deren Verwaltungen. Unterstützung bei Zahlungsprozessen für Kreditoren und Debitoren. Einblicke in die Verwaltungsprozesse und Begleitung von Projektaufgaben zu Prozessoptimierungen. Profil Du bist eingeschriebener Studierender der BWL, Immobilienbranche oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen. Deine Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig und strukturiert. Du verfügst über Kommunikationsstärke und kannst dich sowohl schriftlich als auch telefonisch sicher und klar ausdrücken. Du bringst Interesse an der Immobilienbranche mit.
