About this role

Aufgaben Proaktive Wertentwicklung: Sie entwickeln und implementieren Konzepte zur Werterhaltung und -steigerung unseres hochwertigen Immobilienportfolios im Bereich Premium-Gewerbeimmobilien. Projektkoordination: Sie planen und steuern Instandhaltungs-, Modernisierungs- und Sanierungsprojekte. Mieter & Kundenbetreuung: Sie sind der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Mieter und bauen langfristige, serviceorientierte Beziehungen auf. Vertragsmanagement: Sie verantworten das gesamte Vertragsmanagement und die Administration maßgeschneiderter Mietverträge für Premium-Gewerbeimmobilien.
