Five Star Solutions is looking for friendly, dependable Customer Service Representatives to support customers with their natural gas utility accounts. In this role, you will assist customers with questions regarding their gas bills, payments, account information, and general account-related concerns. The ideal candidate is patient, professional, and comfortable assisting customers with billing and account issues while providing a positive customer experience.
