About this role

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator t o support the Facilities Manager in the management of the site and health & safety. Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager. Support with the Health & Safety checks throughout the office and the Folkestone Services site. Management of the Fire Protection System including inspection of extinguishers and testing of alarms. Administration of the Truck & Car parking systems. Operations of the CCTV system, including assisting any requests from external agencies. Organisation of Health & Safety related training. Assist with management of the parking machines. Stock check, monitor and replenish office supplies including printer supplies. First Aid kit monitoring and replenishing. Liaise with on-site security & cleaning teams.…
