About this role

Um den digitalen Gesundheitsschutz weiter voranzutreiben und noch mehr Menschen den Zugang zu sinnvoller Vorsorge zu ermöglichen, bauen wir unser Kundenservice-Team für unser Produkt dentolo (Marke für Zahnzusatztarife) weiter aus. Daher suchen wir ab sofort einen neuen empathischen Customer Service Agent (all genders) mit einer wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit (Montag bis Freitag) von (ausschließlich) 40 Stunden. Dein Wohnort sollte idealerweise im Raum Berlin/Brandenburg sein - ist dies nicht der Fall, kannst du dich trotzdem sehr gerne bewerben (Homeoffice möglich)! Deine Rolle in unserem Team Kundenkommunikation: Bearbeitung von Anfragen über Inbound- und Outbound-Telefonie, E-Mail sowie Chat.
