About this role

GEV Wind Power is seeking experienced Large Corrective Exchange (MCE) Technicians to support major component exchanges across wind farms throughout the United States and Canada. This role involves working at height to remove and install large wind turbine components such as blades, gearboxes, generators, and hubs. MCE Technicians play a critical role in supporting wind turbine reliability by executing complex corrective maintenance activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Job Responsibilities Perform major component exchanges (MCE) including blades, gearboxes, generators, hubs, and other large turbine components.
