Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Bid Manager to lead tendering and bid management activities for Grid Solutions projects across the Gulf, Pakistan, Iraq, and Turkiye within the MEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and bid strategy through technical and commercial proposal preparation, internal approvals, customer negotiations, contract award, and handover to execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and commercial expertise in HV substations and brownfield projects, solid knowledge of the UAE market and utility landscape, and the ability to deliver high-quality proposals under demanding timelines.…
