Job Description Summary We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer – Java/Spring to lead the design, development, and evolution of cloud‑native, multi‑tenant, and highly scalable SaaS platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Java and Spring-based ecosystems, strong system design skills, and hands-on experience building secure, high-performance distributed systems. As a Staff Engineer, you will define backend architecture for SaaS solutions, guide engineering best practices, and work closely with cloud, platform, UI, and data teams. You will remain highly hands-on while influencing technical strategy, enabling rapid, reliable delivery through modern DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices.
