About this role
The Operations Supervisor oversees the business of the division. This includes, but is not limited to, the customer service, safety, operational efficiencies and overall personnel management within the division. Job Title: Operations Supervisor, Refrigerants Job Purpose: Lead and oversee daily refrigerant operations, including refrigerant processing equipment, quality control, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise refrigerant operators and yard organization as instructed by the Senior Operations Coordinator. - Ensure daily scheduled duties are completed and provide progress reports to the Senior Operations Coordinator. - Hold daily team meetings at start of each shift.…
