About this role
Wat ga je doen? Je voert behandeling en diagnostiek uit volgens multidisciplinaire richtlijnen, zowel individueel als in groepen. Je denkt actief mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het behandelbeleid van Team Ontwikkeling in Breda. Je doet intakes, stelt behandelplannen op, voert complexe psychotherapiebehandelingen uit en voert evaluatiegesprekken. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team, waarin samenwerking, collegialiteit en een intervisie/supervisie structuur erg belangrijk zijn. Je geeft werkbegeleiding aan collega masterpsychologen of collega’s in opleiding. Je besteedt de helft van je werktijd aan directe cliëntenzorg. Overige tijd is voor intervisie, overleg, kennisvergaring en innovatie.…
