About this role
Welke uitdaging ga je aan? Je gaat als stagiair(e) aan de slag bij het wijkteam in Lisse. Hier biedt men ambulante zorg aan cliënten in de leeftijd van 18 tot 65 jaar met diverse psychiatrische problematiek. Als stagiair(e) begeleid je de cliënten in de thuissituatie. De begeleiding is gericht op de psychiatrische klachten en problemen op andere levensgebieden, zoals wonen, werken, sociale contacten of financiën. Daarnaast ondersteun je de cliënten bij hun herstelproces zodat zij succesvol en naar tevredenheid kunnen functioneren.…
