About this role

Op onze klinisch herstelafdeling in Leidschendam zoeken we een Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkundige die zorg, warmte en structuur brengt aan cliënten met zowel somatische als psychiatrische uitdagingen. Als verzorgende IG/verpleegkundige op de afdeling klinisch herstel RL 12 verzorg en begeleid je cliënten met diverse somatische aandoeningen die op de voorgrond staan. Daarbij is er sprake van een psychiatrische aandoening. Cliënten zijn beperkt in hun functioneren en hebben behoefte aan uitgebreide zorg en ondersteuning. We kijken zoveel mogelijk wat de cliënt nog wel zelf kan en wil en passen daar onze zorg op aan.…
