The IT Infrastructure Manager supports engineering and operations in Navi Mumbai, with shift-based accountability for the Wintel, Messaging, SCCM and Intune, Linux, Cloud Platform, and Storage and Backup engineering disciplines. The role maintains coverage across a 24x7 operating model, ensures each discipline is represented on every shift, and develops the technical depth and cross-skilling that keeps the team resilient to absence and attrition. The role owns day-to-day operation of the hybrid estate.
