About this role

Key Responsibilities Operations Management Monitor daily platform operations to ensure efficiency and smooth execution. Track key metrics, including user engagement, quest completion rates, and platform activity. Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements. Coordinate with Business Development, Product, and Operations teams. Platform & Campaign Execution Manage the setup, publishing, featuring, and boosting of quests and campaigns. Ensure accuracy and quality control of all live quests and rewards. Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely completion of activities. Escalate technical or operational issues and coordinate their resolution. Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.…
