Principle Objective Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Health, Safety, Training & Quality Officer is responsible for development and continuous improvement of health, safety and operational compliance standards across the timber frame manufacturing operation, ensuring a safe, legally compliant and high-performing workplace. The role is responsible for driving a proactive safety culture, developing and delivering training programmes, creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), investigating customer complaints and product non-conformances, implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and monitoring their effectiveness to ensure sustainable improvement.…
