About this role

Mission: Global Dimensions is seeking a Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to support a Ukraine-based field monitoring program. The Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will lead monitoring and evaluation activities, design and implement program surveys, manage digital data collection, oversee field data collection, validate and analyze data, and prepare professional reports and visual products for program leadership and external stakeholders. This position is contingent upon award. Essential Job Function: Design and implement program surveys, including sampling plans and data collection tools.
