About this role

The Principal Device Engineer is responsible for the design, execution, analysis, and optimization of advanced semiconductor device technologies to enable current and future GLOBALFOUNDRIES CMOS technology platforms. This position provides technical leadership in device engineering activities spanning device design, characterization, variability reduction, reliability assessment, technology optimization, and customer engagement.
