Tax Manager - M&A Transactions Integration

The Tax Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions Tax, will play a critical role within the Global Tax organization by leading all tax-related aspects of post-merger and post-acquisition integration activities. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of acquired entities into GlobalFoundries' tax operations, processes, systems, compliance framework, and reporting environment.
