We're looking for a Release Train Engineer to join our ever-evolving Payouts team and help shape the future of global commerce. What you’ll own Program Execution: Manage and optimise the flow of value through the Agile Release Train using various tools and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and other visual management tools. Planning and Facilitation: Facilitate PI (Program Increment) planning events, system demos, and Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops. Ensure alignment of deliverables with business priorities. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies. Implement mitigation strategies and ensure that the ART remains on track.…
