About this role

DEINE KÜNFTIGE ROLLE. Tech Lead Softwareentwicklung: Führen und selbst entwickeln. Als Tech Lead übernimmst Du die technische Führung der Entwicklungsteams und stellst sicher, dass Softwarelösungen nachhaltig, skalierbar und wartbar umgesetzt werden. Du arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern und Entwicklern zusammen, übersetzt Architekturvorgaben in konkrete Lösungen und unterstützt die Teams bei technischen Entscheidungen. Dein Fokus liegt auf der erfolgreichen Umsetzung moderner Softwarearchitekturen, der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Entwicklungsprozesse sowie der Förderung technischer Exzellenz innerhalb der Teams.
