About this role
About the Role As Facilities Services Contracts Manager you are responsible for implementing all critical and non critical environment site services contracts within the data centre. Examples of critical services are Facilities Management services and Specialist Services contracts such as DRUPs, UPS, CRACS, STSs, chillers, physical security, all operational supplier OPEX with operational budget reporting, PPM and Reactive performance etc. Noncritical services are technical and non technical cleaning, cross connects, deliveries, smart hands and eyes, catering, and landscaping.…
