About this role

Job Summary: The Corporate Counsel will work under the direction of the Sr. Associate General Counsel and collaborate with the Legal Department and business teams to provide practical legal support for the Company's fuels marketing business. The position is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements and transactions, including fuel supply agreements with real estate and commercial finance components and other strategic initiatives. The position will also advise on day-to-day commercial operations and transactions involving the sale of petroleum products through retail gasoline stations, including commercial contracts, franchise relationships, vendor contracts, and related real estate and financing activities.…
