About this role
The Sales Manager is a hunter-focused individual contributor role responsible for driving new business within Globalli’s global payroll, EOR, and HCM platform.
This role is based in either Chicago or the NY/NJ area and sits within an established sales organization supported by a defined GTM function. The focus is on pipeline generation, new logo acquisition, and full-cycle sales execution within SMB and mid-market segments.
This is a performance-driven role focused on execution within a structured SaaS sales environment.
