Globalli is looking for a Regulatory Affairs & Entity Corporate Governance Manager to oversee the governance, regulatory compliance, and ongoing administration of our international legal entities. This role will manage a global portfolio of entities and serve as a central point of coordination across Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, and external advisors. You will be responsible for keeping our entities in good standing, ensuring required registrations and filings are completed on time, maintaining accurate corporate records, and managing relationships with local legal, accounting, corporate services, and other regulatory partners.
