Job Summary The Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacist is a licensed pharmacist responsible for applying knowledge, skill, competence and clinical expertise in infectious diseases pharmacotherapy. The ID clinical pharmacist will work with the inpatient ID teams and antimicrobial stewardship service to provide safe and cost-effective use of antimicrobials. The roles of this clinical pharmacist are that of advanced practitioner, educator, consultant, leader and researcher.…
