Job Summary The Pharmacist Technician, under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, prepares, packages, and distributes medications and pharmaceutical supplies. When appropriate, reviews physicians' orders and transcribes required information into patients' computerized drug profiles. Utilizing aseptic techniques, prepares admixture medications for large volume parenterals or piggyback containers and hazardous agents, working under the laminar flow hood.…
